Bill Griffith co-owner and president applies his 30 years of business experience to working with each custom home customer. Bill works with all customers to address custom home design issues ranging from budget, financing options, location preferences, design, interior and exterior finish, structural specifications and schedule.

As the architectural design, plans and location for the custom home are conceived customers are offered the convenience of an in-house show room that displays everything from custom cabinets to tile and from carpet to plumbing fixtures. Every detail is worked out in advance to insure the customer understands the complete cost of their custom home featured exactly as they want it.

Architectural Designer Steve Silveira brings over 15 years of construction and design experience to each customer. Steven, a member of the American Institute of Building Designers (AIBD), works with each customer to design a truly custom home fitting their family needs and budget. The architectural plans and details of each home are created using AutoCAD and Softplan computer design software. Creative Homes experience in designing custom homes for over 13 years provides each new customer a vast array of plan options from a library of thousands of homes.

While the home is being designed Stephen and Bill work together to make certain the house plan meets the customers needs and budget. Understanding construction costs while designing the home is an essential benefit at Creative Homes. It is this construction experience combined with design skills that insure every customer has an opportunity to afford the custom home they are planning.
